Autonomous Robot
A fully autonomous vehicle built from the ground up.
I worked on a four-person team that designed, built, tested, all of the mechanical, electrical, and software components of the robot from scratch. This project consumed my life for three full weeks, but also served as the greatest learning experience in my academic career. It taught me not only hard engineering skills, but more importantly, how beneficial a functional team is. Without a team that worked well collaboratively, with team members giving and receiving help where needed, a project as complex as this would not be feasible.
